Reishi, also known as 'the mushroom of immortality', was first used by Chinese physicians more than 2,000 years ago. They believed in the powerful anti-aging effect of Reishi, and for them Reishi symbolized happiness, healing and well-being. This tradition lives on, as Reishi continues to be used by herbalists in Asia, while its use among Western naturopaths is also increasing. The Reishi liquid extracts contain no less than 30% polysaccharides! To make the abundance of healthy substances in Reishi available to you and to retain the full spectrum of ingredients, we apply (just as we do with all our mushrooms) an advanced, triple extraction method. Part of this method is an ultrasound frequency extraction technique. This means that the full spectrum of vital substances from Reishi is present in the extracts of Foodspoor.
