A timeless favorite from our range! The Lion's Mane mushroom, also known as 'The smart mushroom' or 'The priest of the mountains'. In Japan, this mushroom has been prized for centuries for its supposed supportive and restorative effects on the mind. A truly unique appearance when you find it in the forest, dangling from a tree stump. But what makes Lion's Mane so remarkable? The ericenones and Erinacines (alkaloids present in Lion's Mane) stimulate the body to produce NGF (nerve growth factor). NGF plays a crucial role in the growth of certain neurons in our brains and also contributes to myelination – the process that ensures signal transmission through the nerves.

At Foodspoor we only use the fruiting bodies for all our products. No fillers or mycelium on grain. Our Lion's Mane liquid extract has an impressive concentration ratio of 8:1.
